A Survey on Media and Information Literacy by MedDMO

The disinformation crisis affecting democracies across the globe has given rise to an urgent need to improve digital skills and boost digital literacy in order to help students, public authorities, media organizations and the public in general better address this epidemic.

We cordially invite you to participate in a Media and Information Literacy Survey aimed at identifying characteristics that allow misinformation/disinformation campaigns to go viral. The survey is part of the research project, MedDMO, which is supported by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HADEA) under the powers delegated by the European Commission (Project Number: 101083756).

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

Every processing of personal data is made in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) along with the implementation of the appropriate technical and organizational measures. Your personal data is kept only for the period required for the specific lawful purposes for which it was collected. Furthermore, the safe destruction of personal data is ensured by the time the legally prescribed period has elapsed or the purpose of the processing ceases to exist and there is no legal requirement or legal interest or legal right to continue keeping them.
